I had been using my pc for a solid week and I tried to fix a problem with my fans and this message popped up

That is because if the USB Device warning, I would imagine. It sounds like there might be a problem with one or more of your USB ports or the devices attached to them, which is stopping things working. Have a look through the below link and see if any of the steps fix it.

The last 2 lines literally give you the issue. Unplug ALL USB devices and try booting it again. If you have any Internal USB devices plugged into the board, disconnect them too.
