Tried remounting the cooler?

Voltage?

If you are running a monitoring software, its kinda normal since ryzen sometimes recognize it as a load and tries to ramp the voltage a bit to wake the cores. Also what is your room temperature? Lastly, what thermal paste? If you are using those Chinese white thermal paste that could also be a problem.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

To be fair, my 3600X runs around the same.

 

It idles around 50c @ 0.9v-1.42v on a 240mm AIO. Completely stock clocks, fans don't spin until 60c.

Under full load it stays under 75c.
