Does this GPU-Z pic look normal?

I am buying a used gpu tommorow. I asked the seller for a furmark benchmark which he did for 5 mins on 1440×1080 with his fps around 68min and 69 avg. Also the temps max was at 76c. The card is a RX 580 4gb. Based on the GPU-Z pic and the above benchmarks does everything look good?
