Pc performing below average?

I did an user benchmark to see why my computer runs games so poorly. \

Here is my benchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/26165262

but when I searched up the i3 6100 on the same website, the percentages are different. https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Intel-Core-i3-6100/Rating/3511

I only recorded how Call of duty Warzone runs because I've had a lot of problems with it but in GTA 5, Battlefield 1 and 5 and etc don't run that good.

Call of duty modern warfare: warzone here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAdlUC3uD3c

GTA V average fps was around 40 on normal graphics

Battlefield 1 and 5 around 40ish fps

and that is all I've tested, but from my experience, any other games don't perform better.

the call of duty warzone gameplay fps ranges between 40-60ish fps, BUT the GPU is not used at 100%, the frame time seems very high for me (around 20-30 ms?) making the image very laggy even though i have 60 fps and the weird crash at the end which also happens at other games.

I've seen people with my setup for example this one

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5DiPN5S7cKI

which the GPU is at 100% and his CPU at around 75-90% usage. The difference is that he has 16GB of ram and I have 8 but I can upgrade to 16 any time just is it worth it?

Please help.

BF 1 and 5 along with warzone are ram hogs. warzon on my system is happy to eat up 6gb+

16gb is going to be my recommendation

userbenchmark shouldn't be used

Good luck, Have fun, Build PC, and have a Wii and PS2 as your only consoles.
