So looks like the Ultimate is:

- Wireless

- 'Lighter' (5 grams lighter when not using a cable, probably same weight otherwise)

- more DPI and maybe better sensor?

- (Optionally) Has a dock to charge (because it's wireless)

Phisically they are the same mouse, the Ultimate has slightly improved side buttons (the same but the tension has been slightly improved), some higher specced features (Focus+ sesor, 20k DPI, 650 IPS...).

 

In my opinion you should get the Ultimate only if you need/want a wireless mouse, that is essentially what justifies the price difference.

Beware for the chargin dock you need to pay extra money - there is a version with only the charging cable, it's about 20$ less.
