I'm a high school student and a first time builder, but I do plan to build one in a few months in hope that everything will be back to normal. I have to minimize my risks as I don't want to waste all my money earned from competitions, so I have researched a bit online and will continue to prepare until I finished building it lol.

I have a budget of around 2000 cad or around 1400 USD for Americans out there. and I'm not too worried about the performance as I will be playing more esports games like cs go/league, so I want to focus on how to make the build look nice and unique. Soooo I'm wondering, to all you experienced pc builders out there, are there any suggestions on the colour scheme, specific parts, lighting, designs, etc. (anything will help) I could do?

thanks in advance for everyone who's taking time to answer this.

Well if you really want to focus on aesthetics then RGB is the answer you're looking for. RGB fans, rgb cooler, rgb case, rgb motherboard, rgb gpu etc. You get the point.

Now for the case or other parts you will probably need a colour scheme so is there a specific colour you like, or a colour that you think would fit well in your setup? Also when you're speaking of the build, you mean PC only, excluding monitor, keyboard etc.

usually it's easy to find parts to do either white/black or red/black builds. other colours are rarer and more expensive. if you pick one of these option, we could help with a build.

That would be cool, could you suggest me a black/red build? thx

no need for other cooler than stock cooler for the r5 3600.

motherboard that supports your ryzen out of the box

16 gigs of red ram

1tb ssd and 2tb hdd.

rtx 2080 super (one of the cheapest models but still decent)

red/black ps case with 2x more fans to mount on the front.
