CPU upgrade

Hi everyone

 

I am looking at upgrading my CPU to a ryzen 7 3700x.... My question is will it work ok in a gigabit B450M DS3H motherboard or will I need to upgrade this too?

it will work, but you will need to bios update the motherboard before you install your new cpu

Yes make sure to update your bios and then you're good to go.

Yea, update the BIOS to the latest version and update the firmware and well that's all it takes. Enjoy the 3700X
