Help!

Hello people,

i have had a PC for a while now and it has a ryzen 3 2300x and a gtx 1650 I sometimes play games like fortnite and csgo but whenever I put I go into a game and my fps doesn't reach the cap limit my cup is at 100%. Is there any way that I can lower my cpu usage and play on unlimited fps?

how many fps are we talking about and please use a better title next time when  iread the title i had no clue what is the problem so i wouldn't have clicked on it if there where other questions i cold answer

We need way more information to provide any advice here. What are your complete system specs? What temperatures is your hardware reaching when gaming? What resolution & refresh rate of monitor do you have? While we won't be able to help you achieve "unlimited FPS" (because no hardware supports such a thing), we can better assist once we know more information.
