Aorus rtx 2060

gamesalex

Found a gigabyte rtx 2060 xtreme for a good price. Can't find this card on the gigabyte or aorus website so can someone tell me if this model is discontinued, and if so, if that's a problem. Also this seems to be a very good price and I'm not sure if the website is good quality or not. This is heightened by the fact that it seems to be an aorus card but aorus is not mentioned in the name. Can someone give their opinions on the site and whether they think it's a legit buy or not? Thanks in advance.

The 2060 Super has replace the normal 2060, so this card is discontinued.

The performance is not any different because it's discontinued. So as long as you get the same warranty and it's a good price, so issues.

Never heard of the site. Keep in mind you'll always want to follow the general precautions, like checking the webshop out on different review platforms, contacting them and taking the 'if it's too good to be true, it probably is' approach in mind too.

They must have gotten a good deal, as they only fairly recently changed their pricing.

That's likely because the 2060 Super cards (with better performance) are now going for that original price.

Have a look at https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.ebuyer.com It seems they are having issues at the moment, go back a couple of months in the reviews and it seems they were quite reliable.
