PCIE or USB Fan Controller

G'day from Australia! I am currently looking to buy some RGB stuff but I am using an older 1150, ddr3 mobo, It doesnt have an RGB Header and i want to be able to control my light strips and RGB fans in some software. Does anyone know if you can buy little RGB controller boards that dont need a RGB header on your motherboard?

There are some decent ones with a remote control.
