GPU core clock stays at 300MHz

My laptop GPU is the Radeon 535 with a base clock of max 1024MHz, but usually it only stays at 772MHz when I am gaming, but today when i try to game, the clocks fall to 300MHz, what can I do?

check the temperatures, HWinfo64 can help you here

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

it is in its normal 60 degress and the cpu is in 80 which all of them are normal, it usually could go up to 772 but now it only stays at 300 which sucks and don't get me frames. but this only occurs in Games like GTA V and CSGO but I tried 3Dmark and Furmark but in those two situations the core clock is 772 which I don't know what happened

of course, it is not one of the simple issues i suppose, and the i figured out that at first when i’m in the game, it runs at 772MHz, but soon it will switch to 300Mhz

it stays at 300MHz, I suppose this is a power issue
