Folding GPU Recommendation for Dell Workstation

Just realized I had more horsepower sitting in the basement for folding, a dual Xeon just sitting there counting bits as a Unraid server with and attached DAS.

It's a Dell Precision T5600 "workstation" setup with the carcass of an old PC as the DAS.

What video cards could I put in there to crank up the heat?  The Dell has a single 8-pin PCI-E power cable to share (300W total for GPUs = 75W x16 slot + 75W x16 slot + 150W 8 pin cable), so I'm limited a bit.   The DAS side also has  2 6-pin PCI-E power cables I could extend / tap into. 

 

I could go dual used 1060s, or maybe a 5700xt?  What's my best option for my constraints?

If you have the cards already, put the most powerful card that the system can support.  

If you are buying something then maybe think twice about this.  I wouldn't buy a card JUST to fold with.

There's also Plex encoding that could benefit from this.
