I'm finally coming home after being away for about a year.  I now have the time to plan my next gaming pc. Budget is roughly $2500-$3000

Current pc - cpu (6850k), 32gb ddr4 3200, 2x evga gtx 1080ti ftw3, and Rampage V Edition 10 motherboard can handle  gaming/streaming and video editing...

Key word here... Stability. I'm looking for a pc that can game/stream and when I need it, work (video editing) from home.

So.. For core comps I'm thinking...

cpu:    10980xe

mobo: EVGA X299 DARK

RAM: 32gb minimum 3600'ish

gpu: single 2080ti, or use my 1080ti's until Nvidia announces their next lineup.

psu: I could use my corsair AX1200 or get a new one...

Cooling: open look water cooling.

What do you all think?
