I was wandering if you can use a program to plan out your custom loop to the very last fitting, but to be more specific pc building simulator. Unless of course there is an actual program for this that i'm unaware of and if so why has not a single youtuber in the last year talked about it?

There are 2 considerations when planning a loop, in order of importance...

1) What looks best?

2) What is the easiest route?

Theres no app because it would be imposssible to include every case, rad, pump, fan, res, fitting, board, GPU and tubing thats available.

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

I have all that figured out im just trying to figure out what fittings ill have to use so I don't buy a bunch of extras and if I don't buy enough well water cooling loop will wait for free shipping from china until the next century. And when I say I have it figure out I mean I have the general gist of the layout.

@Master Disaster so you can't use pc building simulator to plan out your loop?

You can use solidworks.

You'll have to make a bunch of the stuff yourself but that's the only way to get every detail and measurement.

It also costs like $4000.

@Enderman that sounds out of my skill gap unless their is a 3d model of each component that you can just insert into solidworks.

Actually that would be impossible even if I was an engineering graduate because i'm typing from a core i3 8130u with intel uhd 620 graphics and if I remember correctly it is pretty hard to run those types of programs.

Luckily some people on grabcad have made most types of bitspower fittings as well as other PC components.
