dell inspiron 15 3567 is crazy and dell gave up

So I have a dell inspiron 15 3567 i5 1tb that my sister gave me after she had sent it to dell three times. 
 The laptop if it sits for a few days will work for a hour or two mostly fine but will shut off randomly and if you keep messing with it will boot loop then if you try to fix that it won’t turn on until you don’t touch it for couple more days. It’s very new and supposedly has new cpu and motherboard so I’m unsure what it can be now. Please help me. Also warranty just ran out when she gave it to me.
