Laptop Underperforming

so i have a dell g3 15 with the specs of GTX 1050 4GB, i5-8300h 2.3ghz, 8 gb ram, 128 ssd, 1tb hdd.

whenever i play gta V and only with normal settings i can only get 20-40 fps. i have assigned the game in the nvidia control panel already. updated the bios, have the latest drivers and already checked the dell support assist hardware scan and its running perfectly fine. what do u think is the problem? i also experience this when playing Watch dogs 2 and far cry 5,World war Z and surprisingly the Forest too. please help?

Lower settings. The 1050 is not exactly powerful, not to mention the mobile version is even slower

why is the other laptop that has the same specs as mine are achieving better fps ?

Same model or different model? And from Dell same line-up or something else? This could be related to cooling and temps.

Still could be temp issue. Or they are using some different settings. If you take a look at the link, you are getting pretty much what you should be getting. Lowering resolution or graphics will give 25-50% boost to fps.
