What kind of dollars are you using?

Is a copy of Windows or any peripherals needed?

There are a lot of things to consider. The first is that it sounds like it will be a while until you will be able to actually purchase the system which means that a lot of the parts will update by then. For example GPU's. nVidia is going to updating their GPUs soon, so it's something to keep in mind putting together a rig this soon.

Also, in the $800 budget, do you need peripherals? Headset, Keyboard, Mouse, OS? This could help us :)

Something like this would be awesome for this budget range.

You did note that 900 is MAX, so to shave off 20 bucks, you can drop the CD drive. No real need for them now-adays. You could take your CD, save it as a bootable USB, and install that way.

Alright sorry about not giving all the details. I live in the U.S so U.S dollars. I will primarily be gaming and maybe just start to learn to code. I have a keyboard and a mouse already a monitor would be needed. And a copy of Windows.

Also that being said CCap is right i won't be putting it together till the end of summer , but its nice to be learned early.

Budget:
of course $900 (U.S dollars) (At most) or less

Location:
USA/America

Aim:
gaming

Peripherals:

Only need a Monitor

I plan to make this my first build and I will be working all summer and will build it towards the end of it

Can anyone suggest a build that would be good? I know that new stuff comes out all the time, but if I don't have the newest that's fine because it will be cheaper :)

I'd suggest planning later. ~2-3 days at most before you buy. Parts and prices change frequently so any parts list you come up with now will likely be obsolete by the time you're ready to buy.
