I'd go with a b450 motherboard that has the ryzen 3000 bios preinstalled, like the MSI MAX series.
Cheaper, still as reliable, you only lose pcie 4.0 which no cards support at this time

Displayport ONLY, the other 2 will have more lag and don't support high refresh

Nope, I'd recommend DisplayPort, it can carry higher refresh rates, perfect for online shooter games.

yea I thought display port as well with my research, does my monitor have that option ? will it be hard for me to install bios? I chose this build from a person on here .. seemed like he knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions. I ordered all parts already ...

You plug the monitor cable (DisplayPort) into the  back of the RTX 2070 Super, and NOT to the back of the motherboard.

The motherboard ports are ONLY if you use an AMD APU with built-in graphics (e.g. like the Ryzen R5-3400G,  R3-3200G, etc).

The regular "non-G" Ryzen CPUs don't have built-in graphics.

Depending on the motherboard and the parts you have it can be super easy to impossible. I've worked with asrock before and they're a flip of a coin, by point was more that a really good b450 can be better and cheaper than the x570 you've chosen.

Depending on the motherboard and the parts you have it can be super easy to impossible. I've worked with asrock before and they're a flip of a coin, by point was more that a really good b450 can be better and cheaper than the x570 you've chosen.

does my list help you answer the question easier at all ? thanks bud

On the motherboard tier list, it's listed as c-tier. It's not awful for what it is, but at the price point you could do much better for relatively not much more.

I'd go with the x570 tuf plus if you need x570 for power delivery and pcie 4.0, otherwise do a bit of research between the motherboards and pick what suits you best or stick with what you have.
