MSI x570 gaming edge pro wifi Motherboard RGB not working

I am using mystic light from dragon center, but i cant control the RGB leds on the motherboard itself. It used to work

I have reinstalled the software

reinstalled windows

reset CMOS

 

but nothing is working

did anyone face this issue before ?

I've had the same issue for a while but never bothered addressing it. Now I've got some spare time during quarantine, I'm looking for a fix. Done the same things as u in terms of troubleshooting.
