i don't get WU for f@h

can anyone please help I'm not getting any WU in f@h, of course i meet the requirments

 

my system

ryzen 5 3600

asus prime b-450 plus

rx 580 Saphire pulse

50 mbit/s internet via LAN

 

thanks in advance 

i hope I get fast response in the mean time i will procede boinic

sorry for writting I'm writing from mobile and englisch isn't my first language

In Advanced Control (search for 'fahcontrol') in the 'Log' tab, do you get a message similar to this? 

09:59:49:WARNING:WU00:FS00:Failed to get assignment from 'IP ADDRESS': No WUs available for this configuration

 

If so, that basically just means "there are more folders out there, than we have WU's". Perhaps you will get a WU at some point. 

If you have been waiting for a significant time (1-2 hours of idle on your GPU) you can attempt this:

1. Pause the GPU slot (right click the GPU > Pause)

2. Wait 30-40 second

3. Start the GPU slot (right click the GPU > Fold)

This will sometimes allow you to get a WU, but not always guaranteed.

i have it running in adle for over a week and nothing happend tried your tipps before maybe it should work because i only use my cpu for boinic

the screen shot was taken after i paused a few moments ago

after around five minutes i reactivated and waited the rest of the time nothing happnd

how if you right click in a browser you get the new tap new window... dialouge

could you send a screenshot and mark where to click

ok it works now

well at least in some parts it can't find my rx580 with newest drivers
