Incorrect? Voltage Monitoring MSI Afterburner

I have an RX580 clocked at 1450mhz with voltage set at 1130mV done through radeon settings. I use MSI afterburner to monitor voltage and temps but it often shows voltages of over 1200mV on my card I know that 1200mV is supposed to be a hard bios set limit on this card, this even occurs on default clock settings for the card, the card is a MSI card. I have seen 1500mV being reported before as a max voltage by msi afterburner, is msi afterburner incorrectly showing voltage?

Try using a different monitoring app and of the results are closer to your voltage settings then yes msi after burner would be wrong
