Hey there!

My name is Karan and I had an old PC lying around with a core 2 duo inside but it had no gpu so I decided to get a geforce 210 and install in it.The geforce 210 worked for 5 days and I saw driver update when I updated the driver,I worked flawlessly but after a reboot it booted till the windows logo and restarted and now this happens all the time. When I boot it into safe mode it boots no problem but with the gpu it does not boot.I have tried many driver ranging from 2014 to 2016 latest drivers.

your going to have better luck with the onboard graphics. the older drivers likely got broken with a newer windows 10 update.

Good luck, Have fun, Build PC, and have a Wii and PS2 as your only consoles.

Can installing windows 7 solve the problem?

maybe but I'm not going to recommend windows 7 given it is end of support.

Depending on what C2D it is, it might be a fair pair for something like a GT 730 or even 1030, but the later stretches it already.

To run Windows 10 on I can only recommend giving it 8 GB RAM and an SSD as a minimum. And even then it might be more worth for some retro build than to do modern usage with it. Most upgrades will cost more than it is worth.

About onboard graphics it really depends on what and if the board has.

If you really, really want to use that, keep the GT 210 in (assuming it works) and put XP on it for older games. That might be the best use of it, although I can't really recommend it.
