folding@home Thermal concern?

Hi everyone, I'm new to this so I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I just started Folding a few days ago on my laptop. It's a Mid 2014 15" MacBook Pro with an i7, 16GB RAM, Intel Iris Pro & NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M and an internal 500GB SSD. Since this is my only machine and it's getting a bit old I'm a bit concerned running Folding@Home full tilt often. I downloaded a third party app called "Fanny" to monitor my CPU temp. While running Folding@Home my CPU temp is right around 90 degrees Celsius. Is this safe or should I be concerned? Any feedback appreciated, thanks!

Personally with a macbook that old I would not fold on it, folding on a laptop is a tricky situation in the first place and should only really be done if it has a good thermal solution. But seeing as macbooks seem to stay around their thermal limit when under load for a good majority of the time anyway I wouldn't stress it that much more with folding.

I'd probably drop CPU usage at the very least, F@H is really not suited for laptops. The constant load will really tax your temps, 90 degrees C is normal for a laptop, but it is high and you are most likely thermal throttling, I'd recommend not F@H with that system.
