Benq zowie XL2411P

Yehia Ahmed

Guuuuys is the BenQ zowie XL2411p any good? Cause it's the only flat 144hz 1ms tn monitor available in my area and I don't want Curved monitors anymore

So is it OK for only gaming

Idc about movies or editing just competitive gaming

And does it cause any headaches or eye strain?

Thank you

It's fine for gaming only, biggest problem with it is the lack of adaptive sync (just use settings that guarantee 144Hz+) and awful color reproduction (cuz older TN)

I'm ok with colors dc to much I just want to play

I guess I'll be fine cause I run 90% of my games 144+ hz on medium setting

I'm only afraid of eye strain or headache or any harmful effects

Zowie is definitely a tried and tested brand, based on its performance and accolades in the e-Sports scene. It's the go-to brand if you mainly play FPS games like Apex and CS, but do note what other people are saying too, because TN panel is only known for its fast response time and high refresh rate, and that's pretty much it. In terms of eye-care, like every BenQ monitor, they also feature the Low Blue Light modes specifically designed for this purpose. Normally there are many modes to choose from, each with its own reduction value, but for Zowie monitors, you can manually adjust the reduction value from 0~10 directly. I work at the office with a BenQ monitor and ever since I started using their Low Blue Light modes, I no longer experience eye fatigue. It's very, vert effective! :)
