Uh...ok?

You can just run Linux in chroot if your phone is rooted, or XP in a VM.

I don't know why you'd ever want to do that, but the price is not unreasonable at all, especially when paying Danish wages.

A basic "website" app for android will cost you 25k DKK (just under 4k usd) and not really do much other than basic shopping cart and account management.

Still though its a really silly idea, if you want to experience how bad it is download the remote desktop app (made by microsoft and free) and connect to your own Windows 10 pc. Volia Windows 10 running "on" your android phone. You can send me my 25k on mobilepay. ;)

Have you tried that I've seen YouTube videos on it and if I ever root my phone for that purpose I need to make sure it is the new Asus roc phone

I always run it on my phone. Don't always use it as the small screen is a pain in the ass, but I could totally rock my phone as my computer if I used an external keyboard and mouse. It is just a chroot, but it works wonderfully. I recommend Linux Deploy, it's the best app for it by far imo.

As for running Windows XP, it's more of a "haha i have xp on my phone", but Limbo is the only app that can do it.

Windows Phone was mobile OS for one time... There weren't that many users and all companies have since moved to Android and likes.

I have no idea what you are trying to say with last part. You mean like have call open and send SMS/MMS at the same time? I doubt that using Windows would make the difference considering that its the connection protocol which is bottleneck, not the used OS.

As you are using cell network to call, you are using same cell network to send SMS/MMS. So since the connection to that network through your SIM is taken by call, any messages you click to send will be put on hold until connection is free again.
