My pc freezes  When i try to bench mark or play games and some times blue screens I have tried everything and nothing has helped 

I have tried to update my bios but it doesn’t work

I have a Ryzen7 2700x

 

1660 super 

16gb ram 

msi b450 gaming plus 

650 wat power suply from Gamdias
