As you get more posts it'll change and at 500 you'll be able to change it to whatever you want. Be aware that off-topic posts DO NOT count. And for the sake of this community don't make stupid posts just to get one more.

Member titles under 500 don't mean anything. Some have it since the old vBulletin days (oh god...), but it doesn't change according to the amount of posts you have (as fas as I am aware of).
