I’m having major issues with my pc that it freezes on the login screen it freezes on the windows desktop just by doing normal things

spacer.pngMy spec are as follows: ryzen 5 2600, gtx 1660ti, 16gb of ram don’t know the MHz, x370 carbon, 120 gb pny ssd, 1tb hdd wb, I’ve been having this problem recently the screen will go black and only show the taskbar, I’ve looked into a error message I came here because I assume you guys are experts and you can actually help me. The only thing I’ve done is change a value for windows startup to run better because the login page will freeze.spacer.pngspacer.png

Why is the CPU pegged at 100%? Sounds like malware/broken display drivers or a broken GPU/broken power delivery on the power supply or motherboard

Idk I’ve tried everything I’m pinning my issues on my 1660ti as a diagnose tool I used user benchmark tool I used geforce experience to download all of my drivers
