Did you change the boot priority to boot from the USB drive with the Windows 10 installer in the BIOS or did you just press the relevant keyboard button to for boot from the USB drive at startup?

If the former, Windows might go into a continuous restart loop if you don't change the boot priority back to the SSD. In case of the latter, the boot priority is changed on demand is is temporary so on next reboot the boot sequence returns to default.

I'd also suggest you reset your BIOS to defaults and restart before trying to run the Windows 10 installer again.

Have you ever tried launching any other bootable media? Do those work?

I suggest you completely wipe the contents of the Windows 10 USB drive (not just delete, reformat!), re-download the Windows 10 media creation tool and recreate the install files on the USB. Current files might be corrupt.

Unplug any additional SSDs/HDDs. Unplug the NVMe SSD and plug it back in. Attempt booting from the USB drive again to trigger the installer.

First of all - your Windows stops working and you cannot boot from usb. This sound like your system works but something is wrong with hardware or bios settings. Must be. Probability that both - USB and M.2 don't work at the same time is almost zero.

I tried that as will

I reset my bios settings to default

And than turn pc off and cut power and than remove battery for 5 min and Put it back again.

Then tring to boot from usb again but it was the same nothing changed

so i format the usb and used Microsoft tools to create new windows installation but this time i create both 64 and 32

And now showing me this

If i choose windows 64 will show this

and on 100%  restart again

And when i chooses the 32

Show loading and on 100 show me this

Why do you want to install 32 bit?

Nevermind.

You may try to fix it by fighting with software, but in many cases problem is with hardware - and that is what you should check first. Every cable (unplug and plug again), remove and plug again GPU, check every memory stick (I recommend to boot only with single memory - if you have two ram stick in slots 2 an 4, remove ram from slot 2 and move ram from slot 4 to slot 2 and boot with single ram stick; when fail - try second ram stick only). And still try to boot your current installation (if you don't format drive already). Do not try to install Windows on faulty hardware.

If you have second computer - try to plug your M.2 into that computer and try to boot your Windows.

My first rule - first made full diagnostic, then (as very last option) mess with system (including reinstalling). Every time I had problem with Windows, that was always problem with hardware (or, just once, problem with old game protection driver that I thoughtlessly installed).
