Boot up using HDMI and no cd driver

Specs? im currently running a Ryzen 5 1600 with a Geforce GTX 1070 SC on a B450 Tomahawk Max

 

The EZDebug light is on only for the boot.

i dont have anything on a usb flash drive or anything for the such. do i need to insert a windows 10 flash drive on it to boot up or do i just wait to see a bios sceen. it says windows 10 ready but i dont think anything comes installed

do i need to be connected to the internet through ethernet in order to boot up? i dont have an ethernet cable on me but i am not sure how that would help
