I have built a pc recently and have bought 4 fans for it but because I have a micro atx motherboard I only have 2 slots is there any way of powering all 4 fans. Also 3 of the fans are rgb and they don't light up when I plug them in (have I plugged them into the wrong slot).

gonna need more info like what fans , what board , what slots.

rgb isn't a universal standard and it's more common for incompatibility than compatibility

Well all of the fans are generic corsair ones with 3 pin connectors my motherboard is Asus prime B450-m with two 4 pin chassis fan slots the fans that are plugged in spin but aren't lighting up and I can't plug all the fans in at once.

ok i'll try one more time.....

if we dont know the make and model of the fans , then we don't know what fans they are. now whats useful is you actually have the fans in front of you so you could tell us what they are. Or , we can just conclude the fans you have aren't rgb and thats why they don't work.

And the motherboard....? Corsair fans are ARGB, 5V. So worst case scenario is that LEDs on them are busted for you powering them with 12V header.

As for powering/controlling fans, you can get splitters, either 2- or 3-way.
