My PC crashes only when I boot Minecraft.

 

Vanilla or modded. Doesn't happen all the time, sometimes I can join it sometimes it crashes but my PC doesn't.

 

Specs are in signature.

 

GTX 980

9800K

16GB of Ram

Any overclock?

It's possible that it's from the overclock. I'm not an expert but doing a stress test often tests different types of calculations. Perhaps minecraft uses a calculation that wasn't tested well in AIDA. When I overclock using OCCT, performing one type of stress test gives no errors but trying a different kind of test does. Try saving your overclock profile and then disable the overclock or try lowering the overclock. See if minecraft works now. The fact that your whole PC crashes leads me to believe it's probably not a software issue.

I checked, apparently it was at stock, my Bios was lagging pretty hard tho, I'm thinking that might be related.
