Okay so I have never encountered this problem before, the PC posts, like where it says the asus logo then del or f2 to going the bois, after that it just doesnt do anything. I have restarted it several times before and nothing, It couldnt be over heating because I replaced the thermal paste like a month ago.

Also It wont let me even enter the bios.

Sounds like either ram, cpu or hard drive failure. Take out all but one ram stick and try to boot. If that doesn't work replace that stick with another. Try other dimm slots as well with just one stick. Try clearing your cmos by disconnecting the power and taking the battery out of the motherboard. If that doesn't work take your hard drives out and see if you can get into the bios then. Make sure your cpu fan is plugged in correctly because it wont boot without it. If all of that doesn't make a difference then chances are it is your processor.

If you applied too much thermal paste it acts as a insulator which will fry a cpu. It's worse than not having any. If you didn't put enough it will fry your cpu too.

On my C drive it only had like 1mb of spaceleft, I usually run CCleaner every12 hours. but it was down to 1mb when I last checked it., SO could have 1mb on the C drive done it?

Highly doubtful. It's failing before it even gets to a point where the hard drive is being used. Leads me to believe a hardware problem, most likely cpu or ram.

Okay so I did everything you said with the ram and GPU, so I found out that one of the ram slots are dead, I put one stick into it and it didnt boot, and then I put that stick into everyother slot and it booted (but not into the OS).

Also my PC didnt die just randomly, I went to restarted, and when it went to boot up from the restart nothing happened just went into the asus logo and the bios instructions (del and f2 and what not).
