PC randomly restarts itself without warning

My computer randomly restarts itself anywhere from a couple seconds after turning it on to several hours and after trying many different things I don't know what to do next

• The Event Log states it is an event 41 error with a bug check code of 0
• It still restarts itself when the "automatically restart" setting is turned off in the system failure settings
• No BSOD
• I tried replacing the memory, SSD, and power supply
• the memory is in the correct slots
• the CPU is not overheating(It will restart as low as 30C)
• My current BIOS version is E7B98IMS.170
• I tried updating the BIOS
• I tried clearing the CMOS
• I tried reinstalling the CPU
• I tried reinstalling windows 10(64 bit)
• I tried updating drivers
• It doesn't restart itself when I am in the BIOS
• the computer runs fine when the CPU is underclocked

If its truly random there is no fix.

 

If you believe there is a cause it isn’t random.

 

Have you checked for loose cables?

 

How clean is the power coming in?
