vrm quality for overclocking 3950x

Hello, I am planning a new build that i'm doing this year once things start to settle down with the virus and stuff and i was for overclocking a ryzen 9 3950x on liquid with a 480mm rad how good of a vrm do you need? I was looking at getting the Gigabyte Aorus master with a 14 vrm but they have the Aorus xtreme with a 16 phase vrm for $300+ more. would the 14 phase be good enough or should i consider the 16 phase for the $300+ more?

I would take a look at this video. I didn't watch it, but this will for sure tell you all you need to know.

Check around the 15 minute plus mark, he says around 16 mins "anything more than this is unnecessary". But I would watch the entire video if you are interested in some actual info, I just scrubbed through for that section.
