Xbox360 deleted data

Well I was moving around stuff with a usb the local harddrive and the HDD so I accidently put my stuff on the usb. Then I had to go down and do something and the xbox had turned off (and I accidently tuched the usb so it stopped glowing so I moved it aroun until it started to glow again) so when I came back and started the xbox I had to configure the usb again and when that was done I lost all my data which was everything on my xbox.... I'm screwed ain't I?

 

Btw the usb F**KED up so how do I fix it cuz it doesn't format to the computer nor the xbox.... is the usb screwed too?...

(it says that the format couldn't be done and/or action couldn't be performed..)

right click the drive and do a quick format. in computer

 you can still go o n your acount by recovering but all mof your singleplayer data is gone

your data is gone thats for sure about your USB drive if your computer wont even detect it yes you probably wont recover that drive.

Have tried like 10 times and when it worked randomly once I tried to make it to a xbox usb and then it f**ked up again... D:

I did recover my account, and started to play gta IV from the start again...

your data is gone thats for sure about your USB drive if your computer wont even detect it yes you probably wont recover that drive.

My computer detects the drive but doesn't format it so I can use it... -.-

Well to options try the Apple Macintosh Computer 2 fix which is to let it sit in water for an hour trhe let it dry for 2 days or try a formating program?

I tried to format the usb on my stephbrothers computer so the usb works at least.
