My internet has weird issues

Sorry, I pressed enter accidentally. But this issue occurs in all other devices and I constyantly get moments where my internet speed just drops and ping increases, here is one example. Also, I am usingh WiFi as of right now. But I have never had these issues before and the rest of the devices are fine, so I dont know why this problem even began in the first place. As in the VPN? Sounds like something/someone is throttling your network traffic.

 

However, have you tried running a speed test while directly connected to the router/modem over ethernet? Are your speeds and latency improved?
