Missing credit for 14533 work units? [Server 128.252.203.2 down]

Is anyone missing credit for work units on WU 14533 uploaded to collection server 128.252.203.2?

I'm missing credit for two 14533 work units each worth 125k completed 8.5 and 6 hours ago.

EOC stats on the left. The notepad data on the right is what I pulled from the F@Hclient logs. (Times listed are adjusted to match the timezone for EOC - CDT Time)

EOC seems to be running a few hours behind and the two most recent work units (91,613 and 78,390) aren't yet counted in EOCs stats but they should credit at the next EOC update.

F@H (from the web client) shows my score as

149,219,437

EOC shows my score as
149,049,430

That's a difference of 170,007pts. The two latest work units (estimated 91,613pts and 78,390pts) add up to a total of 170,003pts. Those work units have been credited to F@H but haven't yet updated to EOC. They should show up on the next EOC update.

The 126,370 and 124,467 work units have not been credited at all to either F@H or in EOC stats. I checked the logs and both of those work units were project #14533 and uploaded to the same collection server. The other work units I've completed have all been credited successfully so this makes me think it's possibly an issue with that particular work unit or that particular collection server.

According to the FAHClient log (times shown UTC) the units completed successfully without error and successfully uploaded to the 128.252.203.2 collection server.

Appears to be an issue with the collection server.

Checking the server status it appears there's a warning listed for 128.252.203.2. "No collection servers"

Hopefully if it gets fixed it'll give credit for the work units I've already submitted.

FWIW, I'm also having trouble with 128.252.203.2. I currently have two GPU tasks done, but won't upload.

Have been talking about it in the LTT Folding Discord and there have been a bunch of other people having issues either missing credit for 14533 or being unable to upload completed work units to 128.252.203.2.

The server status page has shown 128.252.203.2 as down for the past few hours now, comes back up very briefly then goes down again almost straight away.

yeah the server was going up and down, not exactly sure, but I know at one point we were getting no WUs so wouldn't be surprised if it happened again.

Just checked the Project List.

WU 14533 is the only work unit from 128.252.203.2 server. This outage should only be affecting 14533 work units.

Ah. Well at least it's trying to send. That's a good sign. In that case it's just the servers being slow due to all the traffic.

Just let it run and eventually it should upload. If it fails it should try again automatically.

I had one earlier today that took over an hour to upload, but it did make it there eventually.

You don't need to do anything. The collection server information is included in the work unit. When you finish the project it will automatically attempt to contact the server to upload its results.

Looks like 128.252.203.2 is still having problems crediting work.
I've been tracking the estimated credits in the logs vs what gets credited and noticed another 123k missing, went back and checked the logs and sure enough another 14533. Looks like it uploaded fine this time showing the full credit estimate, but didn't get credited to me. I wonder if the server is giving out any credit at all.

Yours was 13850 which was a Covid-19 CPU work unit. The base credit for that is 1000 points so it does appear that you were only credited with the base credit.

Looks like it tried uploading to its work server first which failed so it went to the 128.252.203.2 instead.
