Hi guys I Cant seem to get into BIOS anymore.

There is no splash screen and when i hit delete to get into bios there is nothing but a black screen. I have tried clearing CMOS (battery, jumper, you name it). When I do it takes me to a Bios setup utility. when i run it, it is the same black screen. Windows works normally. Everything is detected, and the RAM is okay. I used it in a friends build, everything was ok.

Did you try it on a different monitor to see if the bios works?

I had this problem before and it had to do with my mechanical keyboard because of the 20 N-key rollovers, I just had to update my Gigabyte Motherboard BIOS to a UEFI and it was all fixed. So if you have a mechanical keyboard with a large N-key rollover then maybe you should upgrade your BIOS. A quick fix for that for me was just grabbing my parents or brothers membrane keyboard and accessing the BIOS from there to get it updated because all the membrane keyboard will work 99% of the time. Just something to think about

See i would upgrade my BIOS, but ASUS has the drivers messed up on their website! Also, I have tried other GPUs and Monitors, so its from the motherboard.

Strange problem, Windows works normally?  If Windows boots. Try to force the motherboard to not boot windows, disconnect all ssd and hdds and make it Say that "boot is missing" If this message comes up it might be your monitor that is too slow to receive a signal before booting Windows. If this is the case, try hammering "DEL" after you push the power button on the PC and see if the UEFI comes up.

What version of windows are you running? I have heard that in windows eight it makes it so that you cannot get into the bios unless you change some setting inside of windows. (Not sure if true.)

Run this in cmd: "shutdown /s /full /t 0" (without the quotes) to perform a full shutdown and to see if your bios screen shows.

my guess, remove power cord, take out battery, let the computer sit for about 3 minutes, hold the power button to drain any remaining power for at least 15 seconds, don't put battery back in, put the power cord in and power it on to see if it works. If not just be patience and see if the bios pops up after a couple of minutes.
