Coronavirus Gaming Server?

With my company now mostly in self-isolation, I thought using our server to host some games would be a good way to keep my colleagues moral up.

 

Does anyone have any good game recommendations for 5 to maybe 12 people to play? Ideally something easy where we can run around and hit each other while shouting over a google hangouts call, we're not pro gamers. I don't mind paying for the server side program upfront, but ideally my colleagues could just download a client without having to pay.
