Packet loss problems

I recently just bought a new wireless adapter for my pc. The only game which I have problems in is rocket league where there is a lot of disconnecting and packet loss I don't know why. It does not happen in any other game I play any suggestions?

 

Gigabyte x470 Ultra Gaming

Ryzen 7 2700

Asus AC-68 USB wireless adapter

Probably also happening in other games but since Rocket League is that fast paced its more obvious.
Including their icons to notify of such event.
Gaming should really be done wired for best results.

But then still if you also have an ok AC-wifi router and good reception that should not happen.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
