Problems with dual channel

Hello there.

I've been having some problems. I've got a msi z97 gaming 7 and 2 ddr3 kingston hyperx 8Gb each. The problem is that in single channel that memory is slowing my computer a lot, and when i follow the instructons of the motherboard, puting on the slots 0-2 or 1-3 the computer isn't booting at all. I've looked at the bios but i don't know what to do anymore to make the dual channel work!. (I put some photos to see if it helps you)

Thks for your help

Place sticks in dual channel config, then clear CMOS.
