I hope is that one Arctic Fan 120mm P12 1800rpm ACFAN00118A

They use 0.2A so you should be able to power up to 4 off of a header with a splitter.

Do you want to controll all 5 separately? That might be expensive

You can get fan hubs for much less. Just check the maximum power your headers can supply,

Can you just use the 2 fan headers to controll the speed from BIOS? If you can just use 2 fan splitters that lets you connect 2 and 3 fans to one header. Maybe CPU and exhaust fans from one header, and intake fans on the other header. You should also check the fan Amps for each fan and  motherboard fan headers, but its likely it would work with more modern components.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X   Motherboard: MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi   Case: Deepcool Maxtrexx 70   GPU: RTX 3090   RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3x16GB 3200 MHz   PSU: Super Flower 850W

If I can control all together with same speed RPM, will be awesome. But I wanna controller I can regulate, because saw some controller you can put them only on 100% RPM and this is so annoying for ears.

Which mobo you have? The options for actual controllers aren't so good, and get very expensive. Cheapest option is to get 2x3-way splitters. This will mean that all 3 connected fans are following same speed settings. Another option would be to get 8-port powered hub. Then all connected fans would follow same speed controls.

Getting controller means either bay controller (5.25") or NZXT Grid or Corsair Commander Pro. The two latter ones use software via USB, but are bit expensive.

Okey, with splitters there will no have problem with load up and can't burn out my motherboard ?

Check your manual for rated power/amperage and comapre with the max power draw your fans have. Leave a little head, room, during spin up fans can take more.

You can easily have 2 fans per header. And usually third one also. This depends bit on which fans they are. Most modern fans are <0.2A and using 3x in header would be total of 0.6A. Header can take 1A.

Right now I have 2 of these Arctic Fan 120mm P12 1800rpm. I wanna see what exactly fan controller or splitters I need and then I'll get 2 more of these.

ps. Must be this model, I bought them before year. It is same logo in fan.

Can you post a link or an exact model name for what you bought? There a few variations of that fan.

  • 2 months later...

I just wanna finished topic.

I take Arctic Fan 120mm BioniX P120 PWM PST Red ACFAN00115A x3 and I saw too late and take 2 more splitters(one with x3 socket and another with 2socket)

The cool thing these fans have they are 4pin connector + 4pin socket.

Right now I connect 3 of these fans(2top and one back side of PC BOX) in one MB socket and 2fans front side in another MB socket.

ps: only bad thing it is one splitter take dust in box shoe...
