Aida64 Weird Voltages?

Anyone else had strange voltages reported using Aida64 extreme trial version?

 

I'm running a Xeon E5-1620 overclocked to 4.3Ghz, temps are great at mid 50's to low 60's, yet Aida64 is saying the CPU Core voltage is 2.001 volts lmao. I'm sure 2v would fry that chip in a second. The system is currently pulling 170W from the wall on CPU/disk stress test, full draw is ~300W when RX480 is fully loaded up as well.

 

Also the 3.3v rail is saying 5 volts, 5v is saying 1.827, 12v is saying 5.04. Never seen this before, though I am using a cheapo Chinese board, I guess that's it.

2V CPU input voltage isnt weird, stock is like 1.8.

I thought Aida64 measured vcore not input voltage, tried same version another system (x5670) and it is showing the vcore (1.3v) and all the other voltages are correct also.
