pc restarting like crazy

hello ltt comunity :D. So today i rebuild my old pc i bough already build into a new case (matrexx 55) i finished it quite hardly took me quite a while since this is a quite old mother board and i still dont know where to plyg the led cable, but its not the question i have. so when i finished i jumped on dicord to talk with my friends and what so. and the after a little while my pc just shut down. it turned off and then back on then back off back on back off back on until i shut down the electricity for it after it have shuted down for like the 3rs time. i have read that it might be the psu or cpu fans but they are both working fine. well my psu is exxtra old and i dont have money to buy new one. idk if this helps but the psu had to go fans down to the case but there are holes for it.

p.s. my setting restarted back to defaut win 10 setting for some reason maybe theres and explanation for that too.

i double checked the cables and ram and everything. now i have my pc open and removed the filter for the psu and i havent turned off yet for like 10 minutes.

anyone know anything? btw im on a tv couse i cant afford a monitor so i cant go to bios if the fix is in there...

Using a TV does not mean you cannot go into Bios, spam 'F2' and 'Delete' on boot-up, I would recommend clearing your Cmos and updating your Bios as a first step. How long was this PC sitting unused?

you see if i go to the bios on my tv it just shows my frozen mouse but way bigger then ussual :/ and just a black screen with a mouse

That's a PC problem, not a displaying to TV problem, I would clear the Cmos and see if it gets you any further in the Bios.

no i dont htink so becouse when i brought my bc to my firned house he got into the bios and everything whyile my tv just kept on showing same thing...

and after clearing the cmos actually my pc didint even turn on it was stuck on the thing with the mouse thinghie but its not about that... i think its my case filter

ok i dont know i think i fixed it  idk i removed the thing that filters the air becouse idk why and turned the pc on its side i think it fixed it ??? could a psu fans having hard time of sucking air couse this? couse the psu was pretty cold
