Intel Core i7-9700K underperforming?

Hey guys, i would just like to ask you about the performance of my Intel Core i7-9700K, is this normal? it seems kinda weak? Here are the results from CPUZ

i didnt overclock or anything, i have a Kraken X73 tho, can i give you guys any other benchmark maybe?

It looks weak.  Try running 2 instances of CPU-Z.  Monitor your CPU speed with one version while the CPU-Z benchmark is running on the other one.  What sort of CPU speed are you seeing?

 

If your CPU is not running at its full rated speed, run HWiNFO and see if it reports any reasons for throttling.  You might have your turbo power limits set way too low which is causing throttling.

 

Even single thread is very weak so maybe you have Intel turbo boost disabled in the bios.  Is this a new build with a fresh install of Windows?
