Low cpu/gpu usage

ItsNypz

Hey everyone I'm getting low cpu and gpu usage.

My build is:

GPU: RX Vega 56 Sapphire Pulse

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

Motherboard: B450 Aorus M
Ram: RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3000MHz CL16

PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550W Full Modular

I think the ram is also not doing good, since its only at 500 Mhz

One thing I noticed is that if I alt-tab and there is a smaller window in front, i can see the fps in the back go up to 110fps for example, immediately... its like the game is putting down my fps for no reason

This game is Black Desert Online, and its on low settings so I should have more fps...

Thanks in advance guys :D

Try check if Low-Power mode is enabled in Graphic settings.

Also disable any sort of frame optimizer/cap. Tweak it, don't simply use the low setting slider.

Interesting, what happen if you use Remastered Mode preset? Does the FPS stay the same?

2x

Can you check your CPU clockspeed? Or enable it in MSI OSD.

Also can share GPU-Z screenshot? Does it show 500mhz as well?

Radeon Chill enabled? Enhanced-Vsync enabled? Relive enabled?

Try reboot your PC.

If memory still stuck at 500mhz try DDU and reinstall your graphic driver.

It's a software that nuke your graphic driver. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Ehh, 500mhz memory speed is normal for the Vega56, not to confuse with the ddr4-memory.
