Ich spreche leider kein Niederländisch. Bitte schreiben in Englisch. 5600XT ist etwa ~70% schneller als die 570. Aber es kostet mindestens ~300EUR.

On average the GTX 1650 Super is comparable to the Radeon RX 580 as a single frame separates them. A similar story as we saw with the older GTX 1060 6GB, the 1650 Super is ~2 fps faster, which results in essentially the same performance on average.

I did wrote that you should look for 2nd hand first if on a budget, didn't I? Getting a decent I7 used at +-250 isn't that difficult, especially if there's no graphics card installed. That would give sufficient room for a better gpu, like for example the 5600XT. Or go up to +-500,- and get a better graphics card as well.

by the way, if you have a good 2nd hand market, you might check that first. Inmycountry, 2nd hand 580, mostly with 1-1.5year warranty, are sold around 90-100 euros. I would suggest browse through your local offerings.

The market with 2nd hand computers and parts in the Netherlands is somewhat special. Lots of dealers try to make a living with old parts and computers, you have to find individuals trying to sell their rigs and you need a good knowledge about the parts. It is not difficult to get a bargain but quite often you have to communicate with the seller due to him having no idea about the actual value of his computer. For example, If a seller saw the latest price of his 120gb ssd at €85,- back in 2016 he'll try to sell it for €65... Your advantage: There are a lot less buyers than sellers, if someone doesn't want to sell at a good price just ditch it, next one.
