system looks good but i would swap out that power supply for a more known company like corsair or evga.  Otherwise all good

I do have a Seasonic g650w and what ram should I get my budget is $120 for the ram.

 

I heard the viper steel 4400mhz is great if u oc. Thats why I picked this viper steel 4133mhz to oc and I heard is b die

that kit is not B-die.

CAS 19 RAM is horrible latency, you shouldn't just look at frequency when you pick RAM. Some have a website for finding Samsung B-die apparently. If you don't trust it then memory QVL shows chip manufacturer of memory in QVL.

I was planing to oc it like buildzoid did with the 4400mhz kit. He managed to get 4174mhz at 12-12-12-28

Decent ram on your price. 

 

RAM will only get you so far, its not going to be the be all or end all. It's true that ryzen likes good and fast ram, but... People take it too far! Once you pass 3200mhz the improvement was miniscule and the sweet spot was something like 3733.

sadly i could only point to the timings as for it not being B-die as its timings didnt add up to what you would expect.
