Universal headphones? Phone - PC

I am trying to find bluetooth headphones that will work on a PC for office and gaming as well as work with an Android phone.  I also need ambient/pass through for when I am working or out for a jog.  Any ideas?

FYI, you cannot get stereo audio and microphone audio over bluetooth at the same time on Windows.

 

However, you could get a bluetooth microphone to throw onto the headphones once you get home to your PC. https://antlionaudio.com/products/modmic-wireless

I didn't think of that, but I can use a separate mic with the PC.  Mainly I was hoping only for audio with Windows.
